DESCRIPTION
The EVR-series is a line of roots vacuum pumps engineered by Eurovacuum. It is suitable for use in increasing pumping speed, and/or reaching a higher end-vacuum on the pump system. The unit offers a positive displacement with two symmetrically shaped impellors rotating in opposite direction in the pump enclosure. The rotating impellers perform a non-contact operation, allowing the pump to run at high rotation speed. The device attains high pumping speed with a compact pump, due to the high rotation speed. It uses 2 roots and 1 backing pumps for a maximum pressure of 10-5mbar (10-3 Pa). The unit can also be used with additional high vacuum pumps to meet some specific requirement applications. Moreover, it is equipped with a magnetic drive to prevent rotating seals.
