- Special designed friction cups for oily surfaces, such as sheets in metal forming processes.
- Normal wear on friction cup will not affect the long term shear force performance.
- Best choice if > 0,1g/m2 press oil is used on the sheet.
- Thanks to the strong grip on oily surfaces, the suction cups can withstand high shear forces, typically 2–4 times more than corresponding conventional suction cups.
- The small "OBF" cups are suitable for narrow objects with curved or flat surfaces and small gripping areas, such as those encountered with body parts in the automotive industry.
- Can handle objects with minor height differences.
- Available in a high (H) version, suitable for picking on narrow submerged surfaces, where a wider fitting otherwise will interfere with the object. Examples are frames and structural parts for the car.
- DURAFLEX® suction cups manufactured in a specially developed material that features the elasticity of rubber and wear resistance of polyurethane. The material does not leave any marks on the objects handled.

Suitable for handling large and heavy sheets, such as glass and metal, with a flat or slightly concave surface. Friction pattern increases safety and capability to handle tilted or standing glass/metal sheets.
piGRIP® Configurable suction cups
The piGRIP® is a unique configurable suction cup concept with individually optimized parts for gripping, lifting and height compensation. Also a large selection of fittings makes it ready to fit new machines and easy to retrofit existing cups. The fittings available are both threaded and push on fittings.
B - Bellows DURAFLEX® (10–110 mm)
Several short bellows cups in one lifting device can handle objects with height differences and varying shapes. The bellows also provide a slight lifting movement to separate thin items.

B-MF - Bellows Mark Free (15–50 mm)
The same applications as for short bellows. Also suitable for smooth objects requiring a very clean surface. Only light weight objects should be handled when the lifting force is parallel to the surface.
BF-P DURAFLEX®
Suitable for uneven and porous surfaces such as cardboard, etc. DURAFLEX® suction cups are manufactured in a specially developed material that features the elasticity of rubber and wear resistance of polyurethane. The material of the DURAFLEX® is mark-free.
F - Flat HNBR (50–110 mm)
Suitable for flat objects such as cardboard, sheet metal, glass and porous materials. The cleats stop deformation by preventing suction of the object into the cup. The suction cup has good stability and very little movement. Also suitable when the lifting force is parallel to the surface as the cleats increase friction.
U - Universal HNBR (10–20 mm)
For handling objects with flat or slightly curved surfaces.
XLF - Extra Large Flat (150–300 mm)
Suitable for handling large and heavy sheets, such as glass and metal, with a flat or slightly concave surface.
