DESCRIPTION
EVSC series The EVSC-series Side Channel Blowers are designed for vacuum and pressure use. Eurovacuum EVSC-series blowers are Dry running and non-contact blowers that have a long life between service. They are World Wide used in many applications that require a inlet volume flow below 2.500 m3/h and a differencial pressure of up to 780 mbar. These blowers are reliable, have low maintenance costs and low in investment costs, this makes them the number one choice in the World . Working principle The gas is taken in through the inlet. As the gas enters the side channel, the rotating impeller imparts velocity to the gas in the direction of rotation. Centrifugal force in the impeller blades accelerates the gas outward and the pressure increases. Every rotation adds kinetic energy, resulting in the further increase of the pressure along the side channel. The side channel narrows at the rotor, sweeping the gas off the impeller blades and discharging it through the outlet silencer where it exits the side channel blower.
